Managing customer feedback often means moving data between multiple tools like support, chat, project management, CRM, and more. With the Zapier + FeatureOS integration, you can automate all of this without writing a single line of code.

Zapier lets you set up "Zaps" between FeatureOS and 3,000+ other applications. Triggers from FeatureOS (like new posts or votes) can automatically trigger actions in your favorite tools, such as creating Jira issues, sending Slack messages, or updating Salesforce records.

How Does a Zap Work?

A Zap is an automated workflow with two parts:

• Trigger: The event that starts the automation (e.g., "new post in FeatureOS").
• Action: What Zapier should do in another app (e.g., "create a task in Asana").

Once set up, Zaps run automatically whenever the trigger occurs.

Supported FeatureOS Triggers

You can set Zaps to fire based on:

• New posts in public or private boards
• New comments (public or internal)

Getting Started with Zapier + FeatureOS

1. Sign up for a free Zapier account at zapier.com.
2. In FeatureOS: Go to Dashboard → Organization Settings → Integrations → Zapier → Configure.
3. You'll be redirected to Zapier → log in and connect your FeatureOS account.
   • You'll need your FeatureOS API key (found in Dashboard → Organization Settings → Advanced).
4. In Zapier: Click Create Zap.
   • Select FeatureOS as the trigger app.
   • Choose your event (e.g., new post).
   • Connect FeatureOS using your API key.
5. Add your action app (e.g., Slack, Jira, HubSpot).
6. Configure the action (e.g., send Slack message, create task, update record).
7. Test the workflow → name your Zap → turn it on.

You can add multiple actions to one trigger, letting a single post update multiple systems at once.
