This means your users can reach out to your team instantly while sharing feedback, exploring your roadmap, or checking updates, without leaving the portal. It brings your support and product feedback closer together.
Getting Started with Trengo + FeatureOS
- Log in to your Trengo dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings → Widgets and select your Trengo chat widget.
- Copy the Widget Key.
- In FeatureOS: Sign in → go to Dashboard → Organization Settings → Integrations → Chat Widgets.
- From the dropdown, choose Trengo.
- Paste the Widget Key → click Update.
Your Trengo chat widget will now appear in your FeatureOS portal for customers to use.
