Getting Started with Segment + FeatureOS
If you’re new to Segment
- Sign up for an account at segment.com.
- Create a new workspace.
- Add a source:
- Choose JavaScript Website as the source.
- Enter the website name and your FeatureOS portal URL.
- Click Create Source.
- Copy the Segment ID (Write Key).
- In FeatureOS: Go to Dashboard → Organization Settings → Integrations → Segment Analytics and paste the key.
If you already use Segment
- Go to your existing Segment Workspace → Sources.
- Select the source you want to use with FeatureOS.
- Navigate to Settings → API Keys.
- Copy the Write Key.
- In FeatureOS: Go to Organization Settings → Integrations → Segment Analytics, paste the key, and click Update.
You’re all set! Head to Segment → Sources → Debugger to view live events from your FeatureOS portal.
