The integration allows you to add a Help Scout chat widget to your FeatureOS portal, so customers can reach your team in real time while sharing feedback or exploring roadmaps. This way, every user has the option to connect with you instantly without switching tabs, or waiting for email replies.

Getting Started with Help Scout + FeatureOS

  1. In FeatureOS: Go to Dashboard → Organization Settings → Integrations.
  2. Scroll to Chat Widgets and choose Help Scout.
  3. Paste your Help Scout Beacon ID into the field.
  4. Click Update.

That’s it! The Help Scout chat widget will now appear in your FeatureOS portal, ready for your customers to use.
