Heap Analytics

Heap is a powerful digital insights platform that automatically captures every user interaction across your website and product. Unlike traditional analytics, you don’t need to set up manual event tracking, Heap records everything by default.

By integrating Heap with FeatureOS, you can connect feedback with real behavioural data. This means when customers submit feedback, you don’t just see what they said, you also know how they interacted with your product leading up to that point. Check out our help article →

Getting Started with Heap + FeatureOS

1. In FeatureOS: Navigate to Dashboard → Organization Settings.
2. Toggle to Integrations → scroll to Heap Analytics.
3. Enter your Heap app ID (you can find this in your Heap account settings under project details).
4. Click Update to save.

Once connected, Heap will begin capturing behavioral data for your FeatureOS portal. You can then view insights inside your Heap dashboard to analyze user journeys alongside the feedback they leave.
