Getting Started with Fullstory + FeatureOS

  1. In FeatureOS: Navigate to Dashboard → Organization Settings.
  2. Toggle to Integrations → scroll to Fullstory.
  3. In Fullstory: Log into your Fullstory account and go to Settings → Data Capture and Privacy → Data capture → Capture data by domain → Add domain.
  4. Find your Fullstory Org ID under Settings → Data Capture and Privacy → Fullstory Setup (it’s embedded in the snippet).
  5. Copy your Fullstory app ID and paste it into FeatureOS → click Update.

Once complete, your FeatureOS feedback will be automatically enriched with Fullstory context, and you’ll be able to monitor user experiences directly in your Fullstory dashboard.
