Getting Started with Drift + FeatureOS

  1. Log into your Drift account at drift.com.
  2. In Drift, navigate to Settings → App Settings → Drift Widget to locate your Drift Embed ID (also available in the installation snippet).
  3. Copy your Drift Embed ID.
  4. In FeatureOS: Go to Dashboard → Organization Settings → Integrations → Chat Widgets.
  5. From the dropdown, select Drift.
  6. Paste your Drift Embed ID → click Update.

The Drift chat widget will now appear inside your FeatureOS feedback portal.
