ClickUp is a powerful productivity and project management platform that helps teams organize and execute work. With the ClickUp + FeatureOS integration, you can connect customer feedback directly to your team's task workflows.

This two-way integration ensures that customer requests captured in FeatureOS translate into tasks in ClickUp and that status updates flow both ways. Your customers stay informed, your product managers stay organized, and your developers work without losing context.

Getting Started with ClickUp + FeatureOS

  1. In FeatureOS: Sign in → go to Dashboard → Organization Settings → Integrations → ClickUp → Connect.
  2. You'll be redirected to ClickUp to sign in, choose your Workspace, and click Connect Workspace.
  3. You'll return to FeatureOS where you can configure sync rules and settings.

Setting Up Rules for Two-Way Sync

  1. Automatic Push to ClickUp
    • Push posts to ClickUp automatically when their status changes.
    • Choose Workspace, Space, Folder, and List in ClickUp.
    • Options:
      • Push posts immediately after submission.
      • Push after moderation approval.
  2. Status Sync Rules
    • Sync statuses between FeatureOS and ClickUp tasks:
      • When any linked task changes status, update FeatureOS.
      • When all linked tasks change status, update FeatureOS.
      • When a FeatureOS post changes status, update linked ClickUp tasks.
  3. Custom Field Mapping
    • Map FeatureOS data (upvotes, comments, board name, submitter details, etc.) to ClickUp custom fields.
    • Supports up to 7 fields.
    • Dropdown mapping is supported for board names (values must match exactly).

How It Works

  • Create a ClickUp Task from FeatureOS\nPush a FeatureOS post into ClickUp (only one task per post). Customize Title, Description, and assign to Workspace/Folder/List.
  • Link Multiple ClickUp Tasks\nAttach multiple ClickUp tasks to a single FeatureOS post by searching with task IDs. Links are two-way.
  • Status Updates\nKeep posts and tasks synced based on your configured rules. Customers can be notified automatically when statuses change.
  • Unlink or Disconnect\nUnlink tasks anytime from FeatureOS posts, or fully disconnect the integration from Organization Settings → Integrations → ClickUp → Configure → Disconnect.
