Enfocus Testimonial

" Using FeatureOS helped us to improve our Feature Requests management and fine tune our Roadmap and prioritization.
The integration was very smooth and FeatureOS team very reactive every time we had a ask or need for assistance. I do recommend. "

Enfocus's context

Enfocus is part of Esko and focuses on building automation software that connects many different tools in a print production environment. Their products link systems across prepress, press, and finishing so that jobs move through production with less manual work, fewer mistakes, and more predictable output.

As the portfolio grew across PitStop, Switch, Phoenix, Griffin and Review, the product team was collecting ideas and feature requests from many places: direct customers, resellers, partners, support, and the wider print community. Each channel had useful signals, but they were scattered and hard to compare.

At the same time, customers wanted more visibility into what was coming next — not just release notes after the fact, but a clearer view of the roadmap for the products they rely on in their daily production.

Why FeatureOS

FeatureOS gave Enfocus a single place to receive, structure, and track product ideas across their portfolio. Requests coming from different regions, partners, and customer types can now be captured in one system and grouped by product, workflow, or customer segment.

The team can quickly see which problems affect general commercial printers versus more specialized environments, and align those insights with their automation strategy. This removes a lot of manual triage from email threads, spreadsheets, and internal documents.

With a public roadmap powered by FeatureOS, Enfocus can share what they're exploring, what's in progress, and what has been delivered. Customers get a transparent view of where PitStop, Switch, Phoenix, Griffin and Review are heading, and can react early with feedback that shapes priorities.

Together, this helps Enfocus stay close to its user base while continuing to deliver the kind of practical, automation-focused tools that print service providers expect from an Esko business unit.
